PETALING JAYA: Sunway d’hill Residences, a joint venture between Sunway Property and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), has recently achieved the structural completion stage and was celebrated with a topping-off ceremony officiated by Kota Damansara assemblyman Muhammad Izuan Ahmad Kasim.
Also in attendance were Sunway Property managing director Chung Soo Kiong, chief operating officer Adly Sham, PKNS group chief executive officer Datuk Mahmud Abbas, strategic partnership deputy group chief executive officer Md Kamarzan Md Rais and Tuju Setia Bhd (Tuju Setia) managing director Wee Eng Kong alongside other key representatives. Tuju Setia is the development’s main contractor.
With construction progress reaching 85% as of April 2025, this key milestone puts the mixed-use development worth RM640mil in gross development value (GDV) on track for completion by Q2 2026. Launched in 2022, the project has a 70% take-up rate to date.

The project comprises 976 apartment units across two towers and is located just 100m from the 800-acre Kota Damansara Community Forest Reserve. It is also surrounded by educational institutions, recreational clubs, shopping malls and healthcare facilities, with excellent connectivity to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Penchala Link, Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) and the Damansara Shah-Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH). The Kota Damansara MRT station is located 2.5km from the development.
The development is also designed for a smart, secure living environment with a security system, RFID vehicle access, parcel lockers and a community management app (known as SPFM app). Sunway d’hill Residences is also GreenRE Gold certified for being equipped with energy-efficient features, water-saving systems and the incorporation of about 2.8 acres of green open space.
