PETALING JAYA: HCK Capital Group Bhd (HCK) celebrated the topping-out ceremony of Harvard Suites @ edusentral, marking the completion of the building's main structural works and delivering the final phase of its Education City development in Setia Alam.

Harvard Suites has a GDV of RM188mil and is the sixth and final residential tower within edusentral, HCK's integrated Education City development that commenced in 2017. It is built around the concept of Stay, Shop and Study.

edusentral was one of HCK’s maiden projects and construction is now in its final lap for its last residential tower, with handover expected in the coming months. The company recorded an almost 100%  take-up rate of both its commercial and residential units.

Present at the ceremony were operations and group management group managing director Datuk Dennis Ling, property and projects group managing director Foong Peng Yew, group growth and alliances managing director Datuk Simon Kwan, administration and oversight executive director Datin Adeline Hii, finance and corporate affairs executive director Chuah Huei Jiun and executive chairman’s office growth and implementation director Kuuberen B. Nithiyananthan.

“The topping-out of Harvard Suites is an important milestone that brings us one step closer to handing over the homes we have promised to our purchasers. More importantly, it demonstrates HCK's ability to consistently execute and deliver large-scale developments through close collaboration with our consultants, contractors, suppliers and business partners. 

“As the final phase of edusentral, Harvard Suites also marks the successful completion of one of our flagship Education City developments. It provides a strong foundation as we embark on the next chapter of creating smarter, more connected communities for the future,” said Ling.
