SELANGOR: Property developer Sime Darby Property Bhd has opened Ilham Residence 3 stage two for booking, after it received a strong response for stage one of its new concept homes - Lifestyle Homes and Urban Twinhomes.

Located in Ilham Residence 3, City of Elmina, the project is the final precinct within the Elmina East neighbourhood. Units for stage one were fully taken-up at the early bird preview earlier this month.

The development has links to the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Damansara Shah Alam Highway (Dash), Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar), New Klang  Valley Expressway (NKVE) and North-South Expressway (NSE).
