More than RM30mil in savings, rewards and prizes headline its HOME Rush Campaign 2026

Buying a home is already one of life’s biggest milestones. To add another layer to that journey, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is marking its 30th anniversary by rewarding home buyers, loyal home owners and those referring family and friends to its communities.

Running from June 30 to Nov 30, 2026, the Matrix 30A HOME Rush Campaign 2026 is the group’s biggest-ever home ownership campaign, bringing together more than RM30mil worth of savings, rewards and prizes across participating developments in Negeri Sembilan, Johor and the Klang Valley. 

Its proposition is an ambitious one: Buy a Home. Stand to Win Another, with up to RM30mil in savings and rewards. Behind the prizes, however, is a wider anniversary story.  

After three decades of building homes and growing communities, Matrix Concepts is using the campaign to recognise the home owners, families and communities that have supported the group while offering purchasers additional home ownership privileges and anniversary rewards.

These extend from enhanced loyalty rewards and referrals to property vouchers, home upgrades, interactive activities and a Grand Finale Celebration where three homes will be among the prizes.

Rewarding loyalty

The Matrix 30A HOME Rush celebrates 30 years of building homes, growing communities and creating opportunities for home buyers to own a place they can call home. Its anniversary privileges are structured around different groups of buyers and home owners:

• Loyalty plus privilege: Eligible existing Matrix home owners making another purchase can receive enhanced loyalty rewards of up to RM90,000*, including an anniversary bonus introduced for the campaign.
• Family loyalty extension: The enhanced loyalty rewards may also be extended to eligible immediate family members of existing Matrix home owners.
• Referral rewards: Through Share the Legend, Earn the Rewards, Matrix home owners can refer family and friends to the Matrix community and receive rewards of up to RM30,000* for successful referrals.
• Property rewards: Selected participating projects come with direct cash rewards or property voucher support of up to RM100,000*, depending on the project and product type.
• Home upgrades privilege: Purchasers of qualifying Suria Heights cluster homes and semi-detached homes may receive a furnishing package worth up to RM30,000* in collaboration with Signature.
• Matrix Mystery Blind Box: Eligible purchasers signing their sale and purchase agreement will have an opportunity to draw a blind box featuring a Matrix Elementals plush toy. Each box contains a randomly placed mystery reward card, with property vouchers valued at RM1,888, RM3,888 or RM5,888 among the possible rewards.

Taking the celebration online

The anniversary campaign also extends beyond property purchasers. The Matrix 30th Anniversary Gold Rush Challenge is an interactive online game open to the public, allowing participants to play anytime and anywhere while competing on a leaderboard.

Designed to encourage wider public participation, campaign awareness and social sharing, monthly top scorers will stand a chance to win prizes including a Redmi Pad.

All public participants and the top 250 scorers will also be eligible for the final lucky draw for a 30g gold bar.

The HOME Rush Campaign eventually culminates in its Grand Finale Celebration where eligible converted purchasers will be in the running for a total of 30 prizes.

The biggest draw will be three grand prize homes located across the Klang Valley, Southern Region and Negeri Sembilan.

Discovering Eka Heights

While the anniversary campaign provides the additional rewards, the home itself still has to make sense for the buyer.

One of the participating Matrix Concepts developments is Eka Heights, a 371-acre master-planned township in Bandar Sri Sendayan designed around residential living, nature and everyday convenience.

Located within the Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV) economic corridor, Eka Heights sits amid a growing part of Negeri Sembilan, surrounded by established neighbourhoods, schools and retail conveniences. Residents are also offered complimentary access to premium clubhouse facilities, adding another recreational component to the township lifestyle.

Homes designed around everyday living

Among the residential choices at Eka Heights is Verra, a collection of two-storey link homes measuring 22ft by 70ft, with built-ups of 2,315 sq ft.

The homes are located within a high-ground development and incorporate smart home features alongside practical details for family living. Premium finishing includes laminated flooring across all first-floor bedrooms, the family area and staircase while each home also comes with a private backyard.

For buyers considering a slightly different configuration, Alera and Zeira offer two-storey link homes on 20ft by 70ft lots with built-ups of 2,166 sq ft.

These homes feature modern and contemporary facades, smart home features and a secured enclave with perimeter fencing. Ample outdoor recreational spaces have also been incorporated into the living environment.

Verra, Alera and Zeira are different home offerings but all sit within the same township setting with parks, recreational spaces and commercial amenities close by. 

That makes the development one example of the communities homebuyers can explore during the Matrix 30A HOME Rush Campaign.

Thirty years is an important corporate milestone, but for buyers, the anniversary itself is unlikely to be the reason for choosing a home. Location, layout, affordability, surroundings and whether a property works for everyday life remain the bigger considerations.

The HOME Rush Campaign adds something on top of those fundamentals. Between June 30 and Nov 30, buyers considering participating Matrix Concepts developments have access to additional anniversary privileges and rewards while existing homeowners and their families are recognised for their continued relationship with the developer.

And for a small number of purchasers at the Grand Finale, the campaign’s anniversary proposition could become quite literal: buy a home and stand to win another.
