PETALING JAYA: Property developer Alpha Galaxy Sdn Bhd (Alpha Galaxy) has launched the final phase of Galaxy Avenue comprising 49 shop lots in Puncak Alam. The developer said the launch follows the previous phases of Parcels A, B and D, which have achieved remarkable take-up rates.
“Parcel C is the grand finale of Galaxy Avenue and with only 49 units available – including 25 premium main-road facing lots – demand is expected to be exceptionally strong,” said sales and marketing general manager Vincent Eyu.
Part of the 126-acre Galaxy Exchange masterplan, Galaxy Avenue is envisioned to be a vibrant commercial hub capitalising on both visibility and a strong catchment area, with its main-road frontage units expected to attract high-value businesses in retail, F&B and services.
“This is the last chance for buyers to be part of Galaxy Avenue and we’re excited to see it become the vibrant commercial hub we envisioned,” Eyu added.
