SELANGOR: Sunway Property has launched a nationwide campaign dubbed The BIG Deal in conjunction with Malaysia’s National month, offering promotions and rewards across 16 projects and at the same time unveiling RM4.2bil in new launches.
The campaign runs nationwide until 30 November and features promotions across 16 projects in Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh and Penang with over RM10mil in rewards up for grabs. Additionally, each region will also feature Signature Deals tailored to its participating projects.
Buyers stand a chance to win cash prizes, luxury travel packages and lifestyle perks through the Sunway Property+ aftersales programme, which offers benefits such as home maintenance, rental support and exclusive discounts.
Highlighting its Merdeka message, Sunway will roll out five new launches this year, including Sunway Serene 2 and Sunway Cochrane in Klang Valley, Sunway Majestic and Sunway LakeHills in Johor and other residential projects nationwide. In total, nearly 4,500 units will be introduced.
