KUALA LUMPUR: Foreward Realty recently hosted its annual Foreignight Awards at Confetti Hall, welcoming 500 attendees to celebrate a milestone year. During the event, founder Darien Mah announced that the agency achieved an exceptional 2025 performance, recording a gross sales value (GSV) of over RM3bil with 3,715 units sold nationwide.
Since its inception in 2019, Foreward Realty has grown into a powerhouse with six branches across the Klang Valley, Melaka, Johor, Perak and Sabah, supported by over 500 active negotiators.
In a move toward long-term value creation, Foreward Realty unveiled its focus on flagship projects, starting with Khaya Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur. The agency plans to replicate this flagship model in Johor and Sabah. To support this growth, two key initiatives were introduced:
- Forehauz: An integrated property solutions platform providing furnishing packages and rental management.
- Foreward Vantage: A loyalty program offering exclusive rebates, furnishing deals and preferential rental rates for Foreward clients.
A tech-driven future
Looking ahead to 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse, Mah shared a bullish outlook on the Malaysian economy, citing a strengthening Ringgit and record-high visitor arrivals. To capitalise on this, the agency is launching Foreward Conversational AI, a tool provided free to all Forewardians throughout 2026 to enhance performance and client engagement. This is complemented by the expansion of performance marketing capabilities through Aforemention Sdn Bhd.
Meanwhile, the Foreignight Awards serves as the agency's signature platform for recognising its diverse, multicultural team. High achievers were rewarded with premium incentives, including iPhone 17 Pro Max units, MacBooks and travel vouchers.
In a standout moment of recognition, five luxury timepieces from brands like Rolex, Cartier and Tudor were presented to the top-performing category leaders, symbolising timeless achievement and leadership. The evening also featured a lucky draw worth RM300,000, including cars and house down payment subsidies.

Closing the event, Mah emphasised the agency's evolution into a property development player, specifically in Kota Kinabalu. Drawing on the agency's signature Lion theme, he delivered a high-energy keynote address.
“Malaysia is fundamentally strong and Foreward is more ready than ever,” Mah declared. “We operate as one pride. With our new AI tools, flagship developments and integrated solutions, 2026 will be a year of breakthroughs. Tonight, we roar.”
