PETALING JAYA: SkyWorld Development Bhd (SkyWorld) has officially opened its first sales gallery in Penang, which also introduced SkyWorld’s Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) Experience Centre and Satellite Quality Centre in the region.
Chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng said the opening of SkyWorld Gallery @ Seberang Jaya marks an important milestone in their expansion.
“By bringing our PPVC Experience Centre and Satellite Quality Centre to Penang, we aim to elevate how homebuyers experience quality and innovation in a SkyWorld home,” he said.
SkyWorld said the gallery is conceived as an engagement and learning hub, offering visitors insight into the developer’s industrialised construction approach. Furthermore, Satellite Quality Centre highlights the company’s quality management framework through a comprehensive inspection and test plan, covering civil and structural works, architectural finishes and other key components.
SkyWorld’s construction approach utilising the PPVC is highlighted in SkyWorld Pearlmont, a 34-acre freehold affordable housing development in Seberang Jaya, part of the Rumah Bakat Madani initiative.
The development commits to a minimum of 85% Qlassic score and a 10-year leak-proof warranty, pioneers the pay-per-use concept for clubhouse and introduces a vertical school within the residential community.
To date, potential buyers have already snapped up 80% of the 1,166 units offered in Phase 1A.
