GAMUDA COVE: From the outset, Gamuda Cove was envisioned and master-planned as both a nature sanctuary and a smart city, where people and the environment coexist and thrive. In line with this vision, GL Play, the leisure and hospitality arm of Gamuda Land, has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Enfiniti Escapes (M) Sdn Bhd, One Universal Production Sdn Bhd (OUP), Wonderful Wildlife and Recreation Management Sdn Bhd (WWRM) and Seven Evernew PLT.

These partnerships will bring to life a thoughtfully curated wildlife experience, two distinctive luxury eco-resorts, and a one-of-a-kind indoor children’s play attraction, spread across key locations in Gamuda Cove, including the 1,111-acre Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands (PIDW), the adjacent 90-acre Wetlands Arboretum and The Hive. More than just new attractions, these additions reflect Gamuda Cove’s broader mission to create a township that delivers meaningful, memorable experiences, encouraging visitors to slow down, reconnect with nature and explore sustainably.

“These additions are not just exciting on their own; they form part of a larger story we’re telling at Gamuda Cove—a story about living well, with nature at your doorstep,” said Gamuda Land chief executive officer (CEO) Chu Wai Lune. “They will complement our existing attractions like SplashMania and Discovery Park, offering something for every visitor, from thrill-seekers to nature lovers, and families with young children.”

In partnership with WWRM, the upcoming zoo will be designed with conservation, education and animal welfare at its core, introducing close to 90 species of mammals, birds and reptiles, including the exotic Bat-eared Fox and the vibrant Black Palm Cockatoo.

“We are excited to collaborate with GL Play in this landmark project that will redefine wildlife experiences in Malaysia," said WWRM director James Wong. "Together, we are committed to creating a zoo that inspires and educates while fore-fronting conservation efforts."

The zoo will also build on GL Play’s popular Jungle School Programme with immersive learning experiences such as guided ranger tours, feeding sessions, and wildlife shows. These efforts will be guided by the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (Perhilitan) to ensure biodiversity and ethical care remain top priorities.

"Perhilitan welcomes this collaboration between GL Play and WWRM, which places conservation, education, and animal welfare at its core. We believe this initiative will not only foster greater awareness of Malaysia’s rich biodiversity but also contribute meaningfully to eco-tourism and family-friendly attractions in Selangor," said its deputy director Datuk Hasnan Yusop.

Eco-stay experiences

Complementing the wildlife park are two eco-stay experiences that offer visitors a chance to unwind in nature. Enfiniti Escapes, known for its award-winning Tiarasa Escapes in Janda Baik, will build new structures of eco luxury resorts designed with its signature blend of style and serenity in mind to serve their guests with top-notch services. Guests can unwind in the zen-ness of the outdoor wellness retreats—designed to rejuvenate both body and mind.

“Following the success of Tiarasa Escapes in Janda Baik, Malaysia’s original luxury glamping resort, Tiarasa Lakeside now becomes the next chapter in our journey. Blending the connection between one’s body, mind and soul with nature will always be at the heart of what we do. We are beyond ecstatic to create an exceptional experience at Gamuda Cove, designed to provide comfort while surrounded by the peace of nature.” shared Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina, chief dream maker of Enfiniti Group and creator of Tiarasa Eco-lux Resorts.

“This collaboration is more than a partnership. It’s a shared vision of creating purposeful destinations that honour nature, delight the senses and inspire future generations,” added Tiara. “At Tiarasa Lakeside, we’re not just offering a stay. We’re offering a sense of wonder, a breath of serenity, and the magic of reconnection. This isn’t just green tourism. It's a meaningful restoration of wild places, local communities and the way we travel.”

With the existing chalets at PIDW, OUP will transform them into exclusive Luxury Pool Villas with slides, the inaugural property in the prestigious Hadi Premium Collection. These villas offer guests the ultimate private escape—complete with secluded pools, floating breakfasts and a tranquil natural setting.

“OUP is proud to create experiences that celebrate the natural beauty of Gamuda Cove,” said OUP CEO Alvin Lee. “Our vision is to offer a stylish, immersive retreat where guests can reconnect with nature in comfort and elegance.”

Continuing this vision, OUP will also unveil lakeside pool villas with direct lake frontage, blending luxury and serenity for an unforgettable getaway.

Rounding out the eco-attraction offerings is TiniTin Town by Seven Evernew PLT, an original Malaysian concept crafted by a group of local artists into a vibrant themed playground especially for children under 10.

Set to open at The Hive, a central hub within Gamuda Cove near the township’s ticketing zone, this 9,000-sq ft playground features themed streets, original character and immersive play structures designed to spark imagination and joy. With a strong focus on safety, hygiene and family bonding, this award-winning concept offers an indoor experience that blends the magic of a miniature town with the warmth of quality time.

Seven Evernew director Datuk Paduka Tan Say Yap said: “Our vision was inspired by the carefree days of outdoor play, a place where children could run, imagine and grow. We want kids to move freely, imagine boldly and explore safely while parents enjoy meaningful time alongside them. We’re proud to bring TiniTin Town to The Hive at Gamuda Cove, where it becomes part of a larger ecosystem that celebrates creativity, community, and connection.”

Also present at the signing ceremony were Kuala Langat Municipal Council president Mohd Hasry Nor Mohd and Gamuda Land executive director Datuk Abdul Sahak.

New additions in the pipeline

As Gamuda Cove continues to grow, these offerings will also help create a more vibrant township experience, encouraging footfall and commercial activity that will support businesses in Townsquare and the future Cove Centrum retail hub. Whether through tourism or weekend family outings, the new attractions will add vitality to the public spaces and commercial ecosystem within the township.

The timing is especially significant as Gamuda Cove readies itself to welcome the ASAI Gamuda Cove hotel in early 2026. Developed in partnership with Thailand’s Dusit International Group, ASAI will offer a modern, lifestyle-forward stay experience that reflects the township’s nature-inspired living philosophy. Together, these developments will further elevate Gamuda Cove as a destination for local and international visitors alike.

Nestled just off the Elite Highway and minutes from KLIA, Gamuda Cove is well-positioned to offer both urban accessibility and a deep connection to nature. When a township is thoughtfully master planned with people, the environment, and a clear sense of purpose at its core, it lays the foundation for a place that is not only sustainable but also truly liveable for those who visit, and more importantly, for those who call it home.
