
SHAH ALAM: SP Setia Bhd has officially launched Dimina, the final phase of its Musika Homes series. This marks an opportunity for homebuyers to acquire a freehold two-storey terrace home in the integrated township of Setia Alam.
Dimina (Phase 4A) offers 66 terrace homes available in two spacious layouts, Type F1 (2,398 sq ft) and Type F2 (2,420 sq ft), priced from RM1,252,000. Phase 4B will introduce 34 more units, contributing to a total gross development value (GDV) of RM130mil for the Dimina series.
