SELANGOR: Sime Darby Property Bhd continues its focus on sustainable living with Elmina Ridge 2 in the City of Elmina, achieving a 90% take-up during its Phase 1 soft launch. Building on the success of Elmina Ridge 1, which was fully taken up last year, Elmina Ridge 2 features 221 freehold units with a gross development value of RM339mil, set for completion in 2028.

The development offers a range of unit types including superlink, cluster and semi-detached homes, with built-up areas ranging from 2,274 sq ft to 3,288 sq ft. Prices start from RM1.21mil.
