PETALING JAYA: SP Setia announced that it is launching Aurora double-storey terrace homes at Setia Bayuemas South on Feb 14, 2026. With a gross development value of RM76.7mil, Aurora phase 1 comprises 82 units and is also the first phase of Setia Bayuemas South, part of the freehold, 545-acre Setia Bayuemas township in Klang.
Chief operating officer Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus said Aurora marks a major milestone in the township.

Meanwhile, the precinct will also feature major recreational offerings including Setia Bayuemas’ second lake and a 1km linear park, providing nature-centric, family-friendly leisure spaces.
