KUALA LUMPUR: SkyWorld Development Bhd (SkyWorld) has broken ground on SkySOLIS, marking its entry into the Vietnamese property market and alignment with its SkyWorld 2040 strategic roadmap to become a leading property developer in Southeast Asia.

"SkySOLIS is more than our first project in Vietnam. It is the first step in building SkyWorld into a regional property developer. This milestone demonstrates our ability to export a proven development model beyond Malaysia, built on quality, innovation and disciplined execution. As we advance our SkyWorld 2040 roadmap, we remain focused on creating sustainable communities that deliver long-term value while strengthening our presence across Southeast Asia,” said SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng.

SkyWorld Vietnam general director Brian Ng was present at the groundbreaking event.

Located in Lai Thieu Ward, SkySOLIS aims to address the rising demand for urban residences while enhancing the city’s residential landscape. It incorporates SkyWorld’s Healthy Home philosophy, focusing on natural ventilation, daylight, green spaces and wellness amenities.

SkyWorld is also implementing Malaysia's Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) to ensure superior workmanship and construction quality, reinforcing the brand’s promise of providing quality homes. Additionally, the SkyWorld Connects App will launch in Vietnam, allowing residents to monitor construction, manage property services and book shared facilities seamlessly.

SkySOLIS exemplifies SkyWorld's expansion strategy and commitment to delivering exceptional construction standards and sustainable living solutions beyond Malaysia.
