SEREMBAN: IJM Land has delivered vacant possession of Nova Phase 1, the first phase of its freehold landed enclave in Seremban 2 Heights (S2 Heights). Set on elevated terrain overlooking rolling hills and lake landscapes, the 32.24-acre development comprises 161 units across two phases. Launched in June 2024, Phase 1 features 64 two-storey semi-detached homes, five bungalows and four bungalow lots, with an estimated GDV of RM154mil and an 80% take-up rate.

Nova is located within IJM Land’s 3,800-acre freehold Seremban 2 township, with established retail, healthcare and education amenities nearby. Nova Phase 2, which was launched in February 2025, has recorded a 70% take-up rate and represents the final release of the 161-unit master plan.
