KUALA LUMPUR: Gabungan AQRS Bhd’s unit, Gabungan Strategik Sdn Bhd, has been appointed as a design and build contractor by KotaSAS Sdn Bhd to undertake a RM189.22mil housing project.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the contract was to design and build 1,004 landed houses including building works, mechanical and electrical works in Kota Sultan Ahmad Shah, Kuantan.

The project would be divided into four phases and is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the group. — Bernama
