KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (Matrix Concepts) has topped out Levia Residence Kuala Lumpur, marking an early structural completion 60 days ahead of schedule. With a gross development value (GDV) of RM523mil, Levia Residence is targeted to be completed by 1H2027.

Matrix Concepts group executive director Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan said Levia Residence represents an elevated experience of everyday living, distinguished by hotel-inspired facilities and services. It is also the group’s first high-rise project fully undertaken by its in-house construction team.

“Levia KL is especially meaningful to us because it is the first high-rise fully undertaken by our in-house construction team. It reflects the maturity of our organisation — our confidence in our people and our processes,” he said.

Located in Pandan Perdana, Cheras, the development has achieved an 88% take-up rate, with 80% of purchasers having signed their Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA).

Lee said Matrix Concepts will extend Levia’s brand of luxury urban living to its upcoming launch, Levia Puchong.  The RM750mil development, slated for launch in 2Q2026, will comprise two towers and 1,336 units. To ensure consistent hospitality standards, Matrix Concepts has formalised a collaboration with Five Senses Property Management.

“Levia is not just a name. It represents a standard we set for ourselves. With Levia Puchong launching in the second quarter this year, and through our partnership with Five Senses Property Management, we are building consistency into that promise,” Lee added.

Also present were founder and group executive deputy chairman Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock, spouse Datin Seri Yong Chou Lian, property development division co-chief executive officers Robert Tay Yuh Her and Chai Keng Wai, executive director and chief financial officer Louis Tan Say Kuan as well as board of directors Vijayam Nadarajah, Datuk Seri Kamaludin Md Said, Loo See Mun and Chua See Hua.
