SELANGOR: HCK Capital Group (HCK) has officially opened the sales gallery for Hijauan Heights, its upcoming residential development in Semenyih with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.3bil. According to HCK, Hijauan Heights is designed to offer a residential environment that balances access to urban conveniences with the surrounding natural landscape.
Located near Broga Hill, the development incorporates HCK's Trees & Tech concept, combining smart-home features with nature-inspired design and communal facilities. Hijauan Heights will feature a colonial-inspired biophilic design, incorporating natural elements into its residential spaces while providing residents with access to recreational and wellness amenities. The development will also include a clubhouse with shared facilities for leisure and community activities.
Its first phase, known as Cendana, will comprise 156 residential units, with flexible layouts designed to accommodate changing household needs, including multigenerational living. The development will also include pet-friendly amenities to support pet owners.
“We wanted Hiijauan Heights to offer a different perspective on what modern residential living can be. From the architecture and natural surroundings to the smart-home features and clubhouse experience, every element has been considered to create a community that feels connected, contemporary and relevant to the way families live today,” said HCK operations and group management group managing director Datuk Dennis Ling.
