PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) and KLK Land Sdn Bhd (KLK Land) have opened the sales gallery for MS Industrial Park @ Kulai, a RM2.2bil joint-venture development spanning 419.2 acres of freehold land within Zone E of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ). The opening comes as Phase 1A has achieved over 90% take-up, with Phase 1B now open for sale to meet continued demand from businesses seeking a strategic base in Johor.
Planned as a five-phase integrated industrial park, MS Industrial Park @ Kulai will offer a diverse range of industrial products, including two-storey semi-detached and detached factories, industrial land parcels ranging from approximately 1 acre to 8 acres, as well as larger land parcels suitable for customised industrial facilities and data centre developments.
