ELEV8 industrial park in Sepang sees strong take-up, Phase 1 80% sold

SEPANG: Mitraland Group, in a strategic joint venture with Wawasan Group, launched ELEV8 Entrepreneurs’ Park, a 95.6-acre guarded industrial development in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, with its first phase already 80% sold.

Located within the Sepang industrial corridor, the development is positioned to capitalise on proximity to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and major cargo hubs, with access to six key highways. The project reflects growing demand for industrial spaces that support logistics, e-commerce and light manufacturing.

ELEV8 marks the latest instalment in Mitraland’s Entrepreneurs’ Park series, following earlier developments in Puchong and near Port Klang, each built around distinct logistical advantages. While previous phases focused on urban connectivity and maritime access, ELEV8 is geared towards air cargo and regional distribution networks.

“ELEV8 is more than just a factory, it is a strategically located ecosystem designed to empower businesses to scale efficiently,” the group stated during the launch. 

“By integrating industrial specifications with lifestyle amenities and ESG principles, we are providing a distinguished address for the next generation of entrepreneurs,” it added. 

The first phase comprises 64 semi-detached and cluster factory units, with built-ups ranging from 6,086 sq ft to 9,091 sq ft, with selling prices from RM3.9mil onwards. The units feature flexible, column-free layouts, 9m ceiling heights for optimised vertical storage and heavy-duty floor loading, catering to a range of industrial uses.

Each unit is also equipped with a 3-phase 150 Amp power supply and high-speed fibre optic connectivity, supporting operational efficiency for modern businesses.

In line with evolving industry expectations, the development incorporates sustainability features and has achieved provisional GreenRE certification. The development will also feature a lifestyle hub with food and beverage outlets and dedicated business support facilities, all within a guarded and secure perimeter.
