KLANG: Mitraland Group (Mitraland) has signed Memorandum of Understandings (MoU)s with three lifestyle and workplace partners – Colony Coworking Space, Anytime Fitness and Sports Arena as anchor tenants for the upcoming Novva Nexus, a Grade A office tower.

“Novva Nexus is more than just Klang’s first Grade A office tower — it is designed to set a new benchmark for future-ready workplaces. By collaborating with trusted partners such as Colony Coworking Space, Anytime Fitness, and Sports Arena, we are creating a holistic environment where work, wellness, and community converge. This reflects our mission to deliver developments that are not only sustainable and innovative, but also people-centric,” said Mitraland chief operating officer Tan Chee Hoaw at the MoU signing ceremony. 

Also present were Colony Coworking Space co-founder Timothy Tiah, Sports Arena chief executive officer Jack Koh, and Anytime Fitness director Shananthan Gru Selvanathan. 

Colony Coworking Space will deliver flexible coworking solutions and event venues to cater to the diverse needs of businesses and professionals. Anytime Fitness will operate a full-service fitness centre, supporting health and work-life balance for tenants and visitors. Sports Arena, under the Lavis Group of Companies, will provide modern recreational facilities, including badminton, futsal, and pickleball courts, promoting active living and community engagement. 

Their services will be located at a dedicated facilities deck on Level 8 of Novva Nexus. Mitraland said the facilities deck will anchor a dynamic sports hub and a vibrant F&B arena. 

Planned for launch in Q4 2025, Novva Nexus will be the first phase of Novva @ Gravit8, a 4.78-acre mixed-use development that integrates residences, office spaces, and a dynamic sports hub within the Gravit8 township in Klang South.

Novva Nexus will feature Grade A specifications including efficient workspaces, meeting and conference facilities and a professional drop-off with a welcoming lobby. It will pursue GreenRE certification, underscoring Mitraland Group’s commitment to responsible and future forward development.
