PUNCAK ALAM: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has introduced the second phase of Avisa Residences at Tropicana Alam, following a sales take-up of more than 90% for its first phase comprising 431 units.
Known as Premium Green Terraces, Phase 2 comprises 480 two-storey terrace homes across 35.82 acres, with prices starting from RM612,800 and built-up areas ranging from 1,917 sq ft to 2,351 sq ft.
The GreenRE Bronze-certified homes incorporate energy-efficient features, including cross-ventilation, stone wool roof insulation, inverter air-conditioning and double-volume ceilings to improve indoor comfort. Available in 20ft by 70ft and 22ft by 70ft configurations, the homes offer two layout options, with Type B featuring an extended kitchen.

She added that Phase 2 builds on this demand with improved layouts, GreenRE Bronze certification and energy-efficient features, with prices starting from RM612,800.
Spanning 362 acres, Tropicana Alam incorporates 29% green spaces and water bodies, including a five-acre recreational park with a lake and a 4.5km jogging and cycling trail. The township is also located near a 33-acre Central Park and will feature a commercial precinct comprising two-storey shop offices to serve the surrounding residential community. Tropicana Alam is accessible via major highways, including LATAR, Guthrie Corridor Expressway, DASH, NKVE and West Coast Expressway.
