PETALING JAYA: Integrated industrial space solutions provider AME Elite Consortium Bhd (AME Elite) has entered into a strategic collaboration with Taiwan-listed global technology group FIC Global Inc (FICG) to advance the latter’s regional growth strategy in Southeast Asia.

The partnership was formalised by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between AME Elite and d FICG’s subsidiary PRO3C Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PRO3C), establishing a collaborative framework for AME Elite to deliver integrated industrial park development, customised industrial facilities and engineering solutions to support PRO3C’s growing operations and ecosystem in Malaysia.

Present at the MoU signing ceremony were Singapore Deputy Prime Minister and Trade and Industry Minister Gan Kim Yong, Malaysia High Commissioner to Singapore Datin Paduka Anizan Siti Hajjar and AME Elite and FICG representatives.

The strategic MoU underscores AME Elite’s track record of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) into the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ). Through its i-Park model and integrated construction and engineering capabilities, AME provides global players in advanced sectors with access to high-specification, sustainable operating environments.

“AME Elite provides comprehensive industrial space solutions to diverse sectors, specialising in master-planned industrial parks and built-to-suit facilities.

“For global tech leaders, we deliver complete operating environments as seen with PRO3C’s advanced manufacturing facility in i-Park@Senai Airport City. We are committed to supporting their cross-border expansion. Through our collaboration with FICG, we continue to position Johor and the JS-SEZ as a premier regional hub for high-value manufacturing,” said AME Elite Consortium Bhd director Dylan Tan Teck Eng.

“Our partnerships with AME Elite and JTC, supported by UOB’s regional banking and connectivity capabilities, mark a new phase in FICG’s global development. By combining Malaysia’s manufacturing strengths with Singapore’s regional capabilities in innovation, talent and supply chain management, we are building a resilient cross-border platform to serve our global customers and create long-term value for our shareholders and partners,” said FICG chairman Leo Chien.

PRO3C’s new manufacturing campus in i-Park@Senai Airport City commenced volume production at the end of 2025 and continues to ramp up. FICG will hold the facility’s grand opening ceremony in October 2026, formally unveiling FICG’s manufacturing presence in Malaysia.
