PETALING JAYA: KLK Land Sdn Bhd (KLK Land), the property development arm of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd (KLK), recently marked the official opening of its first-ever retail development Coalfields Retail Park at Bandar Seri Coalfields.
Spanning 21 acres with approximately 1 million sq ft of gross built-up area, the 2.5-storey hybrid indoor-outdoor destination opened with a 90% occupancy rate, bringing more than 100 retail, dining, entertainment, wellness and lifestyle brands and is expected to attract approximately 5 million visitors annually.

As Bandar Seri Coalfields evolves into a thriving township, we recognise that beyond homes, people need spaces to gather, unwind, celebrate and share everyday life. Seeing that vision come to life and welcoming the community through our doors is especially meaningful for us,” said KLK Land managing director Lee Wen Ling.
The retail park was designed as the hub of the 1,000-acre Bandar Seri Coalfields township which features the 50-acre Central Park, the Residents Clubhouse, recreational facilities and educational institutions such as Wesley Methodist School and Sekolah Menengah Akademik Kuen Cheng.
Anchored by Village Grocer, the retail park also features notable tenants such as indoor children's playground Harborland, Blue Ice-Skating Rink, wellness hub CIRCADIAN by the Kenny Hills Group which is equipped for pickleball, Hyrox training and pilates as well as F&B brands like McDonald’s, Hock Kee Kopitiam, Lisette’s Bakery & Café, ParaThai, Andra by Gula Cakery, La Pane Pizza, Fish & Co, Lavender Bakery and more.
The opening celebrations kicked off on Sept 10 with a live performance by Jaclyn Victor, followed by an exciting line-up of live music on Sept 11 with ERA outdoor broadcast featuring Munaabella and a special performance by Wani Kayrie. Visitors can also enjoy the Opening Carnival until Sept 27 alongside exclusive opening promotions until Sept 30, 2026.
