JOHOR BAHRU: UEM Sunrise Bhd successfully achieved full take-up of Aspira Hills Phase 2A and 3A within just 48 hours, highlighting the demand for landed homes in Southern Johor. The interest was particularly notable in Iskandar Puteri, which is a key area within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ).

The priority preview resulted in all 285 double-storey terrace homes being sold, following the success of Phase 1 which was launched in September 2024. Set on 76.35 acres in Gerbang Nusajaya, the homes have a combined gross development value of over RM230mil.
