SELANGOR: NCT Alliance Bhd has received the Preferred Industrial Park (PIP) Certificate under Invest Selangor's PIP Programme at the Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) 2026, recognising its flagship NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP).

The certificate was presented by Selangor investment, trade and mobility committee chairman Ng Sze Han during the summit which also saw NCT Alliance showcase the latest progress of its industrial developments.

Also present at the event were Selangor Chief Minister Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari, NCT Alliance Bhd executive chairman and group managing director Datuk Seri Yap Ngan Choy, executive director Datuk Yap Fook Choy, non-independent non-executive director Sae-Yap Atthakovit and sales and marketing general manager Simon Chan.

Located within the Integrated Development Region in South Selangor (IDRISS), NSIP spans approximately 910 acres and has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM10.2bil. The development recently completed the vacant possession handover for Phase 1 while KM2 in Phase 2 has been launched and is targeted for completion in 2029.

NCT Alliance is also preparing to launch its Smart Commercial Hub at NSIP in early 2027, with registration expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. The hub will provide dining, leisure, healthcare and other amenities to complement the industrial park's existing facilities.

“We are deeply grateful for the strong partnership with Invest Selangor and the continued support for NSIP. Receiving the PIP Certificate is a proud moment for us and reinforces our commitment to developing quality industrial parks that meet the evolving needs of investors and businesses. We look forward to building on this partnership to attract more investments, forge stronger industry connections and contribute to the continued growth of South Selangor as a key economic growth corridor,” said Ngan Choy.

The group also showcased NCT Innosphere (NIS), its second industrial park development, located on 137 acres of Free Zone land within the Delapan Special Border Economic Zone in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah. Developed in partnership with Northern Gateway Group of Companies, NIS has an estimated GDV of RM1.10bil and will comprise 230 industrial units across eight phases.

The development has secured Provisional Silver GreenRE certification and is preparing to launch its Commercial Hub in Q42026.
