KUALA LUMPUR: Armani Group has announced a landmark collaboration with Serendipity Assets Management to bring some of the world’s most celebrated chefs and dining brands to Armani Hallson KLCC.

The development will soon host four internationally renowned restaurants, featuring culinary powerhouses such as Michelin three-starred chef Alvin Leung, famously known as the Demon Chef and Johnson Wong, winner of the Michelin Guide Young Chef Award 2024 for Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Complementing their establishments will be Steak by Roosevelt and Roosevelt Modern Chinese, both by Shanghai-born lifestyle dining brand Roosevelt Club.

This alliance is poised to position Armani Hallson KLCC as a premier destination where luxury living meets world-class dining, a testament to its prime KL city-centre location and its standing as a world-class development of global repute.

“Armani Hallson KLCC is more than a development; it is a symbol of prestige, sophistication and cultural exchange,” said Armani Group executive chairman Datuk Sri Bryan Wong.

“We are proud to welcome culinary masters Alvin Leung, Johnson Wong and Roosevelt Club to create a dining experience that resonates not only with Malaysia but the world,” he added.

Roosevelt Private Equity president and Roosevelt Club founder Tim TL Tse said: “Our decision to partner with Armani Group for Armani Hallson KLCC was clear from the beginning. Its iconic location, world-class design and bold ambition embody the same excellence and innovation that Roosevelt Club stands for. Together with Michelin-starred Demon chef Alvin and Best Young Chef (Michelin 2024) Johnson, we are confident this will be a defining moment for Kuala Lumpur’s global dining scene.”

Also present at the signing ceremony were MCentury director and founder Marcus Mak, Armani Group group managing director Datuk Seri Azlan Azmi, Magna Prima Bhd managing director Eddy Seah and Armani Group group deputy chief executive officer Chris Yong.

Since its launch in August 2025, Armani Hallson KLCC has achieved a 70% take-up rate. With a gross development value of RM3bil, it represents Armani Group’s most significant project within Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Golden Triangle.
