PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) celebrated winning two awards at the recent StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2026 gala dinner as well as at the Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA) 2026 – 2027.
The former awarded Breeze Hill Service Apartments with the Family Friendly Award – Best Family-Centric Development (High-Rise) in Pahang while the latter awarded Breeze Hill Shoppes and Service Apartments with the Leisure Development (5-Star Award).
Tropicana was also recognised as one of the Top 10 Performing Listed Companies in the country at StarProperty, marking the group’s 10th consecutive StarProperty win since 2016, alongside its 13th year of winning at APPA.
“Tropicana has broadened its position from a resort-style developer to a sustainable community planner. Having participated in these awards for 14 years, we are thankful to be recognised with these awards, especially for our green-building integrated development, Tropicana Avalon’s Breeze Hill Shoppes and Service Apartments,” said group chief executive officer Dennis Ng.
Receiving the StarProperty awards at the gala night were project managing director Loke Wei Feng and group managing director Jeffrey Tan.
