PETALING JAYA: IJM Land development Robin @ IJM Rimbayu has secured World Silver in the Residential Low-Rise Category at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026, adding a global distinction to IJM Rimbayu.

According to IJM Land, the 1,879-acre IJM Rimbayu now has over 5,000 homes and 323 shop offices completed to date, supported by a broader ecosystem of residential, commercial, recreational and educational components that bring greater depth to daily life.
Robin @ IJM Rimbayu is also a winner at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2025 and its latest honour now brings that recognition onto the world stage.
