Zaini to lead Rehda Selangor.

PETALING JAYA: The Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (Redha) Selangor branch has a new committee to drive the association forward for the 2022-2024 term. The appointment of the committee was done during Rehda Selangor’s annual general meeting at Wisma Rehda, Kelana Jaya, according to a press release from Rehda Selangor.

I&P Group Sdn Bhd executive vice president Datuk Zaini Yusoff was appointed as the new chairman whilst IJM Land Bhd chief financial officer Datuk Edward Chong Sin Kiat of Shah Alam 2 Sdn Bhd was appointed as the deputy chairman. 

I&P Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of SP Setia and Shah Alam 2 Sdn Bhd are subsidiaries of IJM Land.

After commenting on the current matters of the real estate industry, outgoing chairman Datuk Ho Hon Sang voiced his confidence in the leadership of the new committee. Also in attendance was immediate past president Datuk Seri Fateh Iskandar Mohamed Mansor who gave an update on the latest industry issues in his opening speech.
