PETALING JAYA: Paramount Corporation Bhd (Paramount)’s coworking brand, Co-labs Coworking, has opened a new 19,000 sq ft space at Sunway Square. The opening follows Co-labs Coworking’s expansion beyond the Klang Valley with the opening of the Mid Valley Southkey location in Johor Bahru in January 2026 and an enterprise-focused managed office solution at KL Eco City in March 2026.
Paramount deputy chairman Benjamin Teo said the changing customer profile reflects a broader shift in how businesses are approaching the workplace.
“We see this shift within Co-labs Coworking where close to 60% of our members today are multinational companies. Flexible workspace is no longer primarily a startup or freelancer proposition. Established businesses are increasingly looking for the same flexibility but with the professionalism, infrastructure and workplace experience they expect from a high-quality office,” Teo said.
Co-labs Coworking Sunway Square offers four Enterprise Suites, 30 Private Offices, eight Fixed Desks and eight Open Workspace Access. The space places greater emphasis on workplace comfort, ergonomics and hospitality, including commercial-grade adjustable workstations, private suites designed to accommodate both focused work and informal discussions, workplace services and curated wellness programmes.
Located within the wider Sunway City Kuala Lumpur ecosystem, the space is surrounded by businesses, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, leisure and residential communities. It is accessible via the BRT Sunway Line and six major highways, with nearby KTM and LRT connections.
“Our ambition is not simply to become the operator with the most desks. We want Co-labs Coworking to become a trusted workplace partner – one that understands what a business needs today and has the capabilities to support it as those requirements evolve,” Teo said.
