PETALING JAYA: Beverly Group has announced the completion of One Equine, a joint-venture development between Beverly Group and Singapore-based Surbana Jurong. Located in Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, One Equine scored 85% in Qlassic and is fully taken up, reflecting the developer’s rigorous workmanship standards and robust homebuyer demand for well-executed housing development.
Beverly Group chief executive officer Derick Lim received the Qlassic certificate presented by Malaysia Construction Research Institute (CREAM) chief executive officer Syed Hazni Abd Gani, witnessed by Pembinaan Tuju Setia managing director Wee Eng Kong.
Comprising a total of 2,819 units developed in phases, Beverly Group said the project was completed 15 months ahead of its original construction schedule.
Moving forward, Beverly Group has plans to launch a residential development at Tun Razak Exchange in Q4 2026. This follows the group’s successful acquisition of a 1.08-acre prime freehold parcel, executed jointly with Admantine Capital Pte Ltd and MYM Land Sdn Bhd.
Carrying an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.1bil, the upcoming development, comprising 315 units, is envisioned as a premier luxury, wellness-focused serviced apartment. It will cater to affluent urbanites, expatriates and investors seeking a private urban sanctuary that blends world-class connectivity, refined urban living and holistic wellness.
Building on the track record of delivering high-end urban residences, most notably demonstrated by the completed Marc Service Residence near KLCC, the upcoming development will offer a premium positioning, with private lift lobbies for larger units. The planned built-up size range is approximately from 688 sq ft to an expansive 3,600 sq ft.
