PUCHONG: Property developer Masteron Group has launched KR7 Residences, its latest serviced apartment project in Taman Mas Puchong, marking the 7th iconic Koi series, following the success of its past iterations namely Koi Kinrara, Koi Tropika, Koi Boulevard, Koi Legian, Koi Prima and Koi Suites.

With a gross development value of RM208mil, KR7 Residences is designed to be a fully self-contained, low-density development with a total of 484 units spread across two blocks, with just eight to 10 units on each floor featuring two and three-bedroom layouts. Tower A is slated for completion in 2025.

The launch was attended by executive director Datuk Choy Wai Hin and director Choy Kin Mann. Upon completion, KR7 Residences will address the growing demand for future-proof homes, alluding to the evolving role of living spaces to also serve as a home office, a full-time kitchen and a wellspring of peace, security and comfort.

Answering this call, KR7 Residences will have all the makings to meet these needs and more. Offering a variety of holistic living experiences with complementary and integrated spaces, it will incorporate forward-thinking design and concepts at its core, exemplifying Masteron’s commitment to innovation and excellence to improve the living standards of its residents.

“KR7 Residences is poised to be a development with a difference, meeting the evolved needs of today’s modern urban dweller, especially among the younger generation. It comes as part of our forward-thinking approach to design and functionality while adapting to the very definition of the word ‘home’ as we know it, which has seen a drastic shift over the last two years, owing to the pandemic and the lockdowns and living conditions that it has brought about,” said Kin Mann.

Among the facilities are, a gym, an outdoor cinema, a children’s playground, yoga room, swimming pools, steam and sauna rooms, living pods and private dining facilities.

To ensure the quality of its interiors and communal spaces, Masteron has collaborated with interior fit-out firm Federal International Holdings Bhd (FIHB).

According to Wai Hin, this is part of Masteron’s long-standing commitment to first-time homebuyers and young families, looking for high-quality residences.

“I am a firm believer in constant innovation and creativity in order to remain relevant and evolve with the times. In this regard, one segment of the market we will continue to serve are first-time homeowners and young families, which is all the more important for us to develop future-proof homes that meet the growing needs and desires of the next generation of homeowners and urban dwellers,” he said.

Belying the affordable price point of its units, KR7 Residences will incorporate several nifty features, typically only found in higher-end developments. Among these include a smart home system, with wireless control features, allowing residents to remotely activate ceiling lighting, TV, fans and air-conditioners, all with their smartphones.

To ensure the peace of mind of residents, Masteron has invested in a state-of-the-art security system, doing away with the traditional lock and key, but incorporating a smart lock system with enhanced security features including fingerprint access.

KR7 Residences will also be equipped with a contactless food delivery system, as well as a Shield System, which can facilitate the conversion of the development’s multi-function hall into isolation rooms, if and when necessary.

“All these and other unique aspects work together to make up Masteron’s master plan for KR7 Residences, which exemplifies our commitment to innovation and excellence to improve the living standards of KR7’s residents. We have painstakingly looked into just about every detail of modern living, while also employing considerable foresight into evolving needs and security for the future,” said Kin Mann.

The property is situated at the crossroads of Petaling Jaya, Sepang and Kuala Langat, affording residents seamless connectivity to the greater Klang Valley area. Prices of the partially furnished units start at RM373,500 offering fit-outs such as wardrobes, kitchen cabinets with hob and hood, air conditioners and water heaters worth up to RM25,000.
