PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary IJM Construction Sdn Bhd has bagged a 36-month construction job to build a 52-storey mixed commercial block worth RM455.5mil.
The project, to be known as Equatorial Plaza is on Lot 1217, Seksyen 57, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
The letter of award was issued by GDP Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Hotel Equatorial (M) Sdn Bhd and Fenghuang Development Sdn Bhd.
The work involved the constructing the podium block, office and hotel tower, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
