KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Land has announced the winner of its XTEN campaign, awarding a luxurious RM2mil condominium at Lightwater Residences. The campaign, launched to celebrate homebuyers, ran from November 2024 to March 2025 and attracted 400 participants from 23 developments nationwide.
The grand finale took place at Courtyard by Marriott on August 24, 2025, where the top 30 finalists gathered. The awarded property, valued at RM2,055,000, offers direct access to a stunning 750-metre waterfront promenade featuring breathtaking views.

Lightwater Residences is part of The Light City, a comprehensive 32.76-acre project within The Light Waterfront Penang, which includes a convention centre, retail mall, office towers and two international hotels. The area promises connectivity with the upcoming Bayan Lepas Light Rail Transit Line and essential amenities within a 10km radius.
Phase 2 of The Light Waterfront is underway, featuring a mixed-use development, Merione, set to launch soon.
