KUALA LUMPUR: ISP Group of Companies is set to enhance its portfolio by adding over 500,000 sq ft of Purpose-Built Workers’ Accommodations (PBWA). Its Kapar development is expected to receive its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) by the end of 2025, while the Tebrau facility is scheduled for completion in 2026.
With a portfolio that includes three PBWA and nine Logistics Warehouses and Manufacturing Hubs (LWMH), ISP is dedicated to achieving green certification for all its properties.
“We’re building infrastructure that meets the demands of a modern, industrialising Malaysia, but doing so responsibly. From worker well-being to green building practices, we want our projects to stand as benchmarks for both performance and purpose,” said ISP Holding founder and group chief executive officer Eric Ng.
ISP’s PBWA projects focus on creating secure, clean and self-contained communities that enhance dignity and livability, integrating seamlessly with local areas and promoting residents’ well-being.
