PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has bagged a total of six awards at the StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards (SPDA) 2025, including emerging as one of the top voted in all three of the Readers’ Choice categories of Most Preferred Developer, Most Heart-Warming CSR Initiative and Newsmaker of the Year.
Organised by StarProperty, a wholly owned subsidiary of Star Media Group (SMG), the SPDA is an annual award to recognise developers who have significantly contributed to the growth of Malaysia's real estate industry. From iconic buildings to sustainable developments and integrated townships, these awards also recognise projects that shape society for the better. The SPDA 2025 was graced by the Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming, who presented the awards accompanied by SMG group chief executive officer Chan Seng Fatt, chairman Tan Sri Wong Foon Meng and other SMG senior management officers.
Mah Sing’s development M Azura, the third high-rise residential development in Setapak, won the Skyline Award for Best High-rise Residential Development (Honours). Mah Sing was also conferred the All-Stars Award for Best Performing Developers of 2024 – Top 10 Listed Companies for the eighth consecutive year, further strengthening Mah Sing’s reputation as a reliable and trusted developer in Malaysia.
In conjunction with the 10th anniversary of SPDA, Mah Sing also received a special recognition for M Oscar under the 10th anniversary revisit, which recognised past winners that have kept their commitment to building quality, safety and security and homebuyers’ satisfaction. M Oscar won the Skyline Award in 2020.
