
KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has launched its latest campaign, the Mah Sing 1-2-3 Campaign, a programme designed to make home ownership more rewarding, seamless and reassuring for home buyers. The programme offers three incentives to homebuyers through a single purchase, enhancing overall value and ease of ownership.
Running from May 18 to Oct 31 this year, the campaign automatically qualifies customers who purchase from any 12 participating Mah Sing residential properties across Klang Valley, Johor and Penang.
Inspired by the elegance and precision of chess, the campaign reflects strategic thinking, refinement and long-term value creation. Much like the game itself, every move is intentional. The campaign name reflects its core philosophy, clarity, simplicity and value, delivering three meaningful incentives to support homebuyers in today’s evolving property landscape.
Qualified homebuyers of selected units within participating projects shall be entitled to receive one physical 3g gold coin, with an estimated value of approximately RM3,000 as at the commencement of the campaign, subject always to the applicable terms and conditions.
