KUALA LUMPUR: EcoWorld Development Group Bhd has announced the first group of 19 tenants for Majestic Labs, a new retail and community hub within Eco Majestic township. Launched in 2014, this initiative marks an exciting milestone for the growing community.
The 19 tenants are Believe Fitness, Claviera Petite, EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Majestic, Melody Kindyland, Chef Kecik, Flow Academy, Fui Chuai Chinese Restaurant, Hock Kee Kopitiam, Xiaomi, Nando’s, V Ride Plus, Jungle Gym, Fiezta Arena, Taning, Niki Japanese Dining, Canton Boy, Giomepickle, myBurgerLab and Open Play House.
“At EcoWorld, building great townships means more than just homes. It is about creating spaces where people can thrive. We kicked off 2025 with the opening of TUAH 1895, Bukit Bintang’s hottest lifestyle and food destination. We are bringing that same energy and insight to Semenyih with Majestic Labs. This is not just a commercial centre. It is a curated space built for connection, creativity and community. Today’s unveiling is more than just the tenant list. It is a celebration of the vibrant mix of businesses who share our vision. Each brings something unique, and together they will shape Majestic Labs into a welcoming, energetic hub for all,” said EcoWorld deputy chief executive officer Liew Tian Xiong.
The soft opening is slated for late September 2025, followed by a grand opening by year-end. Spanning 3.6 acres with 47 units across four floors, Majestic Labs offers extensive parking and currently has approximately 70% occupancy.
In line with sustainability goals, Majestic Labs will include a rooftop solar PV system generating 410,870 kWh annually, reducing CO2 emissions by 291 metric tons. Located next to Eco Majestic City Park and connected via the Lekas-Eco Majestic Interchange, it is set to become a new landmark in the Southern Klang Valley growth corridor.
