KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) officially kicks-off M Oscar, the first project from its 2019’s land acquisition trail with the opening of its sales gallery on Oct 2 in commemoration with the group’s Silver Jubilee. 

Mah Sing strategy and operations group director Lionel Leong said, “The name and concept of M Oscar are inspired to interpret the aspirations of the urban dwellers who work hard for their dream and are rewarded through celebrating their achievement and life with the place they call home.”

M Oscar’s most affordable 2-bedroom units have a built-up from 708 sq ft and a starting price from RM428,000. The development is composed of four types which are the two bedrooms, three bedrooms, four-bedroom and dual-key units, ranging from 708 to 1,198 sq ft, covering the needs of different groups.

The development is strategically located off Kuchai Lama, within the vicinity of the matured neighbourhoods of Happy Garden and Sri Petaling. Mah Sing will be building a direct access from the existing road to the new development to enhance its accessibility. The project is also only 800m to the upcoming Taman Naga Emas MRT station along MRT Line 2.
