PETALING JAYA: Property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) is pairing up with education provider Raffles Iskandar Sdn Bhd to offer local and international property purchasers in Johor exclusive rebates for Raffles American School and Raffles University.

With the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the collaboration offers exclusive rebates of up to 20% for Raffles University and 5% for Raffles American School. This joint partnership reinforces Tropicana's continued dedication to the education sector and the enrichment of their community-building efforts.  

Tropicana marketing and sales managing director Joanne Lee said the collaborative endeavour with Raffles is a milestone marker in the development of Tropicana townships in Malaysia's southern region.  

"Staying true to our Tropicana mantra, we aim to redefine the art of living by providing wholesome environments for our future generations in all our townships across Malaysia. We are inspired by Raffles, our education partner, for instilling creativity and knowledge in their students. 

"We hope to continue to raise the bar on education and learning in every way we can. This MOU signing also signifies our interests in promoting Tropicana's Southern developments by partnering with such a reputable brand like Raffles. The latest MOU with Raffles signifies a cross-collaboration via the pillar of education for their Southern Projects developments such as Tropicana Danga Bay and Tropicana Danga Cove in Iskandar Malaysia, and Tropicana Uplands in Gelang Patah, Johor.
