PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) achieved a 100% take-up rate for its new business hub at Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning. The 13.5-acre business hub will offer two and three-storey shop offices with a gross development value of RM264mil, featuring built-ups from 3,360 sq ft to 8,133 sq ft, double volume ceilings and dual frontage for selected units. The 100 units on offer were taken up before the business hub’s grand launch.

In conjunction with the milestone, the new Tropicana Aman Property Gallery was officially opened at the Tropicana Aman Recreational Hub.

The new business hub, tentatively named Umara, will comprise 9 commercial blocks offering shop offices in five versatile layouts and has a gross development value (GDV) of RM264mil. Lot sizes range from 24 ft by 70 ft to 37 ft by 90 ft. The new business hub will offer three entry points for easy access to residents and visitors, as well as convenient connectivity to nearby major routes such as the Elite, SKVE, Kesas and LKSA Expressways, with a ready catchment population of 500,000 within a 10km radius.

The commercial phase also leverages on the pull factors of Tropicana Aman, including an 85-acre Central Park, which serves as a green lung with abundant recreational spaces and lakeside pavilions. In addition, two educational institutions, namely Tenby International School and SJKC Bukit Fraser nearby, cater for the growing needs of the community.
