In the crowded landscape of Malaysian real estate, a new name has emerged not by following traditional blueprints but by rewriting them. Founded in 2022, Haverse has rapidly ascended from a boutique firm to a high-impact developer, amassing a landbank of 116.92 acres with a gross development value (GDV) of over RM1bil in just a few short years.
Despite its fledgling stature, Haverse is not just building mere structures. It is building legacies of transformations. Led by a powerhouse management team with deep roots and extensive experience in the property industry, alongside tech and architectural expertise from international tech companies and construction firms, Haverse represents a fusion of Old World discipline and New World innovation.
A unique market position
From day one, Haverse has distinguished itself through its value creation philosophy. While many developers seek clean land, Haverse finds its greatest success in what others might overlook, transforming challenging parcels of land and building sites that others avoid. The company’s uniqueness lies in its ability to select, reposition and uplift. Whether it is a disused site or a stagnant 12-year-old project, Haverse utilises its architectural and construction background to see potential where others see problems. Their mission is simple yet profound: to create transformative experiences rather than just physical structures.
"For us, success is measured by transformation. Can we turn a challenging, underutilised piece of land into something meaningful? Beyond that, we look at empirical data: delivering ahead of schedule (like the early CCC for Green Pavilion), high loan approval rates and strong market take-up. Ultimately, success is confirmed when the community thrives long after we’ve handed over the keys," said chief executive officer Brendon Yeo.

Driven by a new generation
Central to the company’s fast execution and agile decision-making is its workforce. Haverse is fueled by a young, dynamic demographic that brings a culture of innovation and adaptability. This team energy allows the company to:
- Execute with speed: Moving from land acquisition to construction at a pace rarely seen in larger bureaucracies.
- Embrace modernity: Creating products that follow current trends and cater to the creative needs of modern lifestyles.
- Adapt instantly: Using an agile corporate culture to make swift decisions that optimise project outcomes.

A portfolio of proof
The Haverse track record is already defined by firsts and sold-outs, proving that their turnaround model works. Moreover, in an era where sustainability is crucial, Haverse is attuned to environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects.
"ESG is not a marketing buzzword for us. It is a governance standard. We don’t walk away after the handover. We establish community centres to keep neighbourhoods connected and continue improving infrastructure such as access roads and landscaping. We have internal task groups dedicated specifically to ESG and product quality to ensure consistency that larger, more fragmented developers might neglect," said Yeo.
True to its promise, Haverse has already delivered the Green Pavilion in Kulai, Johor, which was completed in June 2024. The 10-acre freehold project transformed a former dumping site into the first colonial-style residential enclave.
Its success metrics included early CCC within 18 months and the project saw 100% of its non-bumiputera units sold. The project introduced the first 3-car porch layouts and underground TNB cabling in the area.

Two other on-going projects include K-City @ Kulai Indahpura and Regent’s Park @ East Ledang. Revitalising land that was stagnant for 12 years, Haverse introduced the first 4-in-1 Retail Warehouse concept with K-City. Through strategic rebranding and repositioning, selling prices jumped from RM900,000 to RM1.7mil. And in a show of commitment, Haverse sacrificed two saleable units just to build a better access road and sales gallery, prioritising community accessibility over immediate profit.
With Regent’s Park, Haverse is reviving the high-end bungalow precinct in Iskandar Puteri that sat abandoned for over a decade. This project is perfectly positioned to capture the luxury segment within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ).

The Haverse future
With a total landbank of 116.92 acres, Haverse is strategically expanding its footprint across Peninsular Malaysia, eyeing high-potential growth areas:
- Kulai Indahpura: Integrated townships and residential hubs.
- Iskandar Puteri: Luxury developments within the JS-SEZ.
- Iskandar North: Niche retail warehousing and mixed-use projects.
- Senawang / Seremban: Modern industrial developments.
"Our tagline is Building Dreams, Growing Futures. We want our legacy to be one of trust and reliability. We want investors to know that a Haverse product will grow in value and families to know that their home is planned for long-term comfort and sustainability. Every project is an opportunity for us to show that things can be done properly, creatively and with heart," said Yeo.
