PETALING JAYA: IJM Land Bhd has opened S2 Heights Aman Gallery to enable an engaged experience of the S2 Heights Aman precinct, currently featuring landed residential developments such as Sutera and Batiq. The RM10mil gallery was conceived as a one-stop information and lifestyle destination that mirrors the philosophy behind S2 Heights Aman, located in Seremban 2.

The gallery features a café, flexible event space, ample parking and a layout that supports community gatherings while setting the tone for an open and seamless experience. It enables visitors to engage deeply with the township vision through a detailed master planning display, large-scale models, immersive design elements and curated sculptures by renowned sculptor Nizam Abdullah. The gallery offers a tangible understanding of how S2 Heights Aman will unfold over the next decade as a seamless extension of the mature Seremban 2 community.

“S2 Heights Aman reflects how we see the future of township living,” said chief executive officer Datuk Tony Ling Thou Lung. “Building on the legacy of Seremban 2, our focus has always been on creating places that people can grow into and feel connected to across generations. The gallery allows visitors to experience the scale of our vision and sense the aman (peaceful) way of living from the very beginning.”

S2 Heights Aman also features lifestyle amenities, including the 12-acre S2 Lake Park, the 3-acre Kidz Venture Park and a dedicated pet-friendly zone. Currently, IJM Land is completing key infrastructure and landscape that support everyday convenience. This includes the widening of Jalan Labu from two lanes to four lanes, aimed at improving access, circulation  and the overall experience of arriving home.
