PUCHONG: Industrial property specialist GAP Estate is setting an ambitious target of RM2bil in gross development value (GDV) for 2026, building on its strongest year to date after closing 2025 with RM885mil in sales.
The 30-agent agency has already recorded approximately RM180mil in sales in January 2026 alone, reflecting sustained demand in Malaysia’s industrial property segment and providing early momentum towards its new milestone.
The achievements were celebrated during GAP Estate’s annual dinner held recently at Cooper Mansion where founder Andy Teoh Kok Boon and director Esther Eng Pek Xan led the recognition of top performers and leadership promotions.
The RM885mil GDV recorded in 2025 marked the agency’s highest annual performance since its establishment, reinforcing its growing presence in the industrial real estate market.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, Steven Kah Wei Shern was named Top Sales Champion, followed by Yyan Chang Pei Yeng as first runner-up and Eason Jee Yik Sang as second runner-up.
Kah was also recognised as Top Achiever for overall performance in the second half of 2025, with Kay Yap Kein Yin and FeelTure Gan Cong Siong named first and second runners-up respectively.
The Rising Star of the Year 2025 awards went to Marcus Tan Keak Chee (Male Category) and Chang (Female Category), reflecting the agency’s continued focus on developing new talent.
Under its internal recognition programme, GAP Estate honoured its top producers for high-value transactions. Yap and Gan received the GAP Half Million Dollar Achiever awards while Kah and Andy Teoh Kok Boon were recognised as GAP Million Dollar Achievers for 2025.
Top performers were also rewarded with overseas incentive trips to Vietnam and Australia, reinforcing a performance-driven culture within the agency.
As part of its talent development initiatives, GAP Estate announced a series of leadership promotions, underscoring its commitment to building internal capabilities alongside business growth. Eason Jee Yik Sang, Lim Ju Wei, Marcus Tan Keak Chee and Chang were elevated to Pre-Leader roles while Alex Chew Wai Hong, Ella Ng See Yun and Gan were promoted to Team Leaders. Kah was appointed Senior Team Leader, reflecting his consistent performance and leadership within the agency.
The structured progression underscores GAP Estate’s emphasis on building internal capabilities to support its expansion plans.
