ARA DAMANSARA: Sime Darby Property Group is redesigning its sales experience to simplify the process of home buying particularly during the Chinese New Year celebrations.

With its sales galleries temporarily closed particularly during the on-going movement control order (MCO), managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said the idea is to make everything as hassle-free as possible.

“Since last year, our digital platforms have enabled potential buyers to browse, tour, and buy Sime Darby Property homes from the safety and comforts of their homes. Building upon the encouraging response we have received thus far, we will continue to enhance our end-to-end online sales experience for our customers.

“Our online campaigns provide potential homebuyers with all necessary product information available through our specially curated online sales kits, contactless virtual tours as well as online booking and payment” he said.

The group is also excited to kick off the year by offering valued customers and potential homebuyers an investment opportunity and a chance to own a home.

To usher in the Year of the Ox, Sime Darby Property is offering an RM8,888 prosperity package on top of exciting deals in its Our Prosperous (Home, Harmony, Happiness) campaign.

Until Feb 28 2021, Sime Darby Property’s online Chinese New Year campaign will offer purchasers of selected properties up to 18 months of Your Instalment on Us deals. Potential homebuyers can also enjoy maximum savings from the government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) that is in effect until May 31 this year.

The campaign features freehold properties strategically located in the Greater Klang Valley such as KL East, Melawati, City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Subang Jaya, Serenia City and more.

“As we move forward in 2021, and though we are mostly celebrating at home this Chinese New Year, let us remember to continue adhering to safety guidelines and extending a helping hand to one another. We remained strong and stood together last year, so let’s continue that same dedication this year,” Azmir said.
