In a significant milestone for 2025, Avaland is set to hand over four 100% sold projects - its inaugural luxury development Aetas Damansara as well as Alira Subang Jaya, Sanderling 1 and Casa Bayu. These handovers underscore the company’s commitment to delivering excellence and fulfilling its promises to homebuyers and investors across all of its market segments.
On the financial front, Avaland made a notable move by launching a RM1bil Sukuk programme a year ago, enhancing funding flexibility for sustainable developments and strategic landbank acquisitions.
