PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San was recently awarded the prestigious recognition of ‘Person of the Year’ at the Worldwide Excellence Award (WEA) 2017.
According to the statement, the award recognises Tan Sri Lim’s prominent contribution to the local property industry, social outreach, business associations and bilateral trade affairs.
“I feel very honoured to receive this award. I must thank my father for instilling in me strong family values of staying united as there is strength in unity, to be humble, evolve quickly, be decisive and act with integrity. These values continue to guide me in every avenue I venture into, be it in the property industry, business fraternity, social or international bilateral engagements,” said Lim.
“Leading LBS over the past 25 years, I have enjoyed being part of growing the group thanks to the dedication of the management and our employees,” he added.
