PETALING JAYA: Platinum Victory has launched its first development for the year with PSV 1 Residences, a 42-storey condominium comprising 500 units in Bandar Tasik Selatan. 

With an estimated gross development value of RM297mil, the project is Phase 2 of the Platinum South Valley, which leverages connectivity to major highways such as the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and Sungai Besi Expressway. Platinum Victory is also offering Residensi Sateria, a housing project for the Malaysian Armed Force in Sungai Besi. It comprises five blocks of apartments with unit sizes from 1,003 sq ft to 1,234 sq ft.
