KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Property has introduced the latest phase in its 770-acre township of Iringan Bayu, Seremban, namely Erama. As part of the recently launched OSK Essential Homes Series, Erama single-storey semi-detached homes will be released with only 180 units with dedicated facilities and in close proximity to the Wetland Park.
OSK Property chief executive officer Ong Ghee Bin said Erama is perfect for homeowners seeking a decent balance between pricing and space. “Despite being a premium phase within the township, Erama is reasonably priced from only RM534,420 for a single-storey semi-detached. With a similar price range, most products offered in the market are only terraced homes,” he said.
On the rationale behind the design and layout of the latest Iringan Bayu phase, Ong explained that there is substantial demand for single-storey semi-detached houses, but there are not many currently offered in the market. The semi-detached houses, each with a built-up area of 1,319 sq ft, are fitted within 11.87 acres of freehold land.
“At OSK Property, we continue to see strong interest and demand in this market segment that is within the range of reasonably priced homes that provide residents with an upgraded living environment.
“Being a new phase in the Essential Homes Series 2021, we are responding to the demand gap for homes that are well within the affordable range and to support the government’s aspirations under Budget 2021 to help increase homeownership among Malaysians,” he added.
With a gross development value of RM103mil, Erama single-storey homes are OSK Property’s first premium phase within Iringan Bayu, and they are scheduled for completion in quarter two of 2023.
Erama is also a short walk to the pristine 22-acre Wetland Park, which integrates biodiversity and environmental conservation with art and open space.
The newly-launched park is filled with 200,000 wetland plants, 972 trees of 60 different species, and has to date, attracted more than eight bird species and 11 local fishes.
