Will Residensi Kepayang achieve excellent status in the StarProperty Awards 2023?
PETALING JAYA: The new StarProperty Award 2023 Government-Assisted Homes categories have attracted seven entries vying for the title.
Divided into three categories by regions, namely Central, Northern and Borneo, the Government-Assisted Homes Award gives recognition to the development which is helping the government achieve its goal of providing quality affordable homes to the B40 and M40.
LBS has its hopes on Idaman BSP.
Property developer LBS Bina Group Bhd is banking on Idaman BSP to take the trophy for the Central category while Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) has put forward Residensi Bintawa Riverfront for the Borneo category.
The Northern category saw four entries from PR1MA and Legenda Properties Bhd (Lagenda). PR1MA has Residensi Kepayang in Perak and Residensi Pauh Permai in Penang while Lagenda has Lagenda Teluk Intan Phase 1 and Bandar Baru Setia Awan Perdana Phas1D.

Not only that, visitors will have the chance to win prizes worth RM4,000 TnG eWallet total by collecting tokens, giving them a chance at the Visit & Win lucky draw, with winners announced weekly.
